    Description

The freshness and finesse of a refined Saint-Émilion Grand Cru Classé

    The estate
The first traces of Villemaurine date back to the Moorish era, as the place was named “Ville Maure”. Since 2005, Château Villemaurine has belonged to the Onclin family. Passionately and skillfully managed by Justin Onclin, Château Villemaurine produces iconic wines of the appellation, true to its extraordinary terroir.

    The vineyard
Superbly located in the heart of the village of Saint-Émilion, the vineyard of Château Villemaurine covers 7 hectares of vines, 6 of which are in production. The vines are planted on clay-limestone soils resting on the famous Calcaire à Astéries.

    Blend

Merlot (80%) and Cabernet Franc (20%)
