The Elegance and Freshness of a Great White Wine from Côtes de Provence
The Estate
Located on the Saint-Tropez peninsula, Château Minuty was created in its modern form in 1936 by Gabriel Farnet. Recognized as a Cru Classé of Côtes de Provence as early as 1955, this estate is a true benchmark in the region. Now run by Jean-Etienne and François Matton, the estate stands out for its strong environmental commitment and perpetuates artisanal expertise.
The Vineyard
The Minuty "Prestige" blanc cuvée comes from rigorously selected plots within the Côtes de Provence appellation. Benefiting from a Mediterranean climate and a strong maritime influence that tempers the summer heat, this Provence terroir is managed according to the principles of sustainable viticulture to preserve biodiversity.
The Vintage
The 2025 vintage offered climatic conditions that allowed the grapes to reach precise ripeness. The growing cycle favored a beautiful accumulation of aromas while preserving an invigorating acidity, ensuring the characteristic freshness of this year.
Vinification and Aging
The grapes are carefully harvested to preserve the perfect integrity of the berries. Vinification is then carried out with rigorous temperature control, with the aim of enhancing the wine's aromatic delicacy.
Grape Variety
This white wine is made from Rolle (Vermentino).
