The Estate

On the southern slope of the medieval town of Saint-Émilion sits a legendary estate, Château Ausone, whose roots reach back to Roman times. Named after the poet Ausone, this vineyard embodies more than a wine: it is the living heir to a millennia-old winemaking tradition and a symbol of Bordeaux excellence.

The Vineyard

On its 7 terraced hectares, the vineyard reveals remarkable geology: clay and star-shaped limestone compose a unique mineral setting. Each parcel, carefully tended, becomes the crucible for a Saint-Émilion wine of rare precision and elegance.

The 2022 Château Ausone is the result of a blend of Cabernet Franc and Merlot.
