Based in Paris, the brand stands out for its unique process without fermentation, colourings or allergens, developed with the expertise of Les Jardins de l'Orbrie in Bressuire. The bottles, adorned with 21-carat gold butterflies and an Art Deco frieze evoking the Eiffel Tower, embody Parisian elegance and enjoy international distribution in the most prestigious establishments.
The vineyard
This non-alcoholic drink is crafted from high-quality concentrated white and red grape musts, representing 98.7% of the composition. The specific grape varieties are not disclosed, thereby preserving the manufacturing secret of this unique preparation.
Vinification and Ageing
So Jennie Blanc Dry stands out for a production process entirely free of alcoholic fermentation. The preparation is based on water and concentrated white and red grape musts, enriched with a texturising agent (acacia gum), acidifying agents (citric acid, ascorbic acid, malic acid), natural plant extracts and natural flavourings. Carbonation is obtained through the addition of CO2, giving the drink its delicate effervescence.
