A pioneer in this field, the house produces the first 0% alcohol sparkling wine based on unfermented grape juice, available in white and rosé. Unique production for exceptional sparkling wines
So Jennie offers two cuvées made from high-quality concentrated grape musts without any fermentation. The Rosé consists of 99.3% water and concentrated white and red grape must, supplemented by elderberry juice, natural acidifiers (citric, ascorbic, malic acid), gum arabic and aromas.
