A fresh and delicious alcohol-free rosé
The estate
Founded in 2010 by Mathilde Boulachin and Fabien Gross, Chavin has established itself as an innovative merchant house based in Béziers. Chavin has around fifty hectares of organically farmed vineyards and stands out for its specialization in premium alcohol-free wines.
Winemaking and aging
Chavin’s alcohol-free Rosé Vin de France is produced using a low-temperature vacuum distillation method, a process designed to preserve the quality and the wine’s original aromas. This technique makes it possible to obtain a rosé with no added flavorings, remaining true to the expression of the fruit.
