    Tasting

    Color
The color shows a delicate hue, oscillating between pale pink and light salmon pink, enhanced by lively silvery highlights and a radiant sheen.

    Nose
The bouquet opens with lovely fruity aromas of strawberry, raspberry, and peach, accompanied by a subtle floral note.

    Palate
On the palate, this rosé is fresh and light, supported by a lovely, delicious, well-balanced acidity—perfect for sunny days and as an aperitif.

    Food and wine pairings

This alcohol-free rosé pairs wonderfully with plancha-grilled baby squid, avocado toast with smoked trout, smoked tofu, lamb curry with cheese naan, Moules Marinière, or even ice-cold Epoisses.

    Serving and cellaring

Chavin’s alcohol-free rosé is best tasted between 8 and 10°C. This wine can be cellared until around 2028.

A fresh and delicious alcohol-free rosé

    The estate

Founded in 2010 by Mathilde Boulachin and Fabien Gross, Chavin has established itself as an innovative merchant house based in Béziers. Chavin has around fifty hectares of organically farmed vineyards and stands out for its specialization in premium alcohol-free wines.

    Winemaking and aging

Chavin’s alcohol-free Rosé Vin de France is produced using a low-temperature vacuum distillation method, a process designed to preserve the quality and the wine’s original aromas. This technique makes it possible to obtain a rosé with no added flavorings, remaining true to the expression of the fruit.
