Description
Characteristics and tasting notes of the Chavin Sparkling Rosé
Tasting
Appearance
The robe reveals an intense rosé hue with elegant reflections. A very fine effervescence rises harmoniously in the glass.
Nose
The bouquet opens on fresh, dense aromas of red fruits, particularly strawberry, accompanied by floral notes evoking rose and white lilac.
Palate
On the palate, this dealcoholised wine seduces with its indulgent character and freshness, without any perceptible sweetness. The finish proves delicate, prolonged by a pleasant frizzante texture.
Food and wine pairings
This sparkling rosé pairs perfectly with marinated red peppers, a salmon pannequet with chive cream or scallops in their shell. It also matches beautifully with crab in rose jelly, steamed pork dumplings or a slice of fresh camembert toast drizzled with acacia honey. It can be enjoyed on its own or used in cocktails.
Serving and cellaring
Serve this Chavin Sparkling Rosé between 8 and 10°C. This wine can be kept until approximately 2028.
An indulgent and refreshing dealcoholised sparkling rosé
The estate
Founded in 2010 by Mathilde Boulachin and Fabien Gross, Chavin has established itself as an innovative trading House based in Béziers. With around fifty hectares of vines cultivated using organic farming, Chavin stands out for its specialisation in premium alcohol-free wines.
Winemaking and aging
The Chavin Sparkling Rosé is crafted using a dealcoholisation process by vacuum distillation at low temperature, allowing the original quality and aromas of the wine to be preserved. The wine is then carbonated to obtain a fine and elegant effervescence.
