Tasting
Color
The color reveals an intense pink with elegant highlights. A very fine stream of bubbles rises harmoniously in the glass.
Nose
The bouquet opens with fresh, concentrated aromas of red fruits, especially strawberry, accompanied by floral notes reminiscent of rose and white lilac.
Palate
On the palate, this alcohol-free wine delights with its indulgent character and freshness, without any noticeable sweetness. The finish is delicate and is extended by a pleasantly sparkling texture.
Food pairing
This alcohol-free rosé sparkling wine pairs perfectly with marinated red peppers, salmon pancakes with chive cream, or scallops in the shell. It also harmonizes with crab in rose jelly, steamed pork ravioli, or bread with fresh Camembert and acacia honey. It can be enjoyed on its own or used in cocktails.
Serving and cellaring
Serve this Rosé Effervescent Chavin between 8 and 10°C. This wine can be cellared until around 2028.

The estate
Founded in 2010 by Mathilde Boulachin and Fabien Gross, Chavin has established itself as an innovative wine merchant in Béziers. With around fifty hectares of organically farmed vineyards, Chavin stands out for its specialization in premium alcohol-free wines.
Vinification and aging
Rosé Effervescent Chavin is produced using a de-alcoholization process by low-temperature vacuum distillation, which preserves the quality and the wine’s original aromas. The wine is then carbonated to achieve a fine and elegant stream of bubbles.
