    Cask sample. Sweetly aromatic. Very lively and racy. Transparent and rather ethereal. Quite chiselled in structure, almost like a really good white wine. Pleasing balance and persistence. Nice minerally undertow. Cool and refreshing rather than sweet and flattering – all the better! (JR)
