    Vinum

Expressive and very spicy, showing depth, citrus and nutty notes; densely built, with verve and spice, ripe fruit, long saline finish. Excellent!

Honeysuckle, white peach, waxy lemons, and green apples make an appearance in the nose. On the palate, the wine is packed with mineral-driven, waxy lemons, white peach, ginger, and pomelo. This is going to be quite nice to enjoy on release for all of its sweet fruit and vibrancy, yet it can age for a decade, and maybe more. Drink from 2025-2035.

    Falstaff

    Falstaff

Very pale yellow-green, silver reflections. Delicate notes of pineapple and mango, lemony nuances, some lemongrass, inviting bouquet. Lean, green apple, fresh acidity, salty and light-footed, a versatile aperitif wine.

Flesh, spice, beautiful lift and juice: this is the standout of the La Louvière wines in the vintage, with notes of white tea, pink grapefruit, oyster shell, preserved lemons, lime zest and sheer pleasure. 40% new oak, yield of 49 hl/ha.

    Le Figaro Vin

Score: 89–91. A tangy nose with a herbal edge. The palate is strongly marked by lemon in all its forms (fresh, zest, sorbet), with a lovely hint of bitterness on the finish. A bold, sparkling whole that will appeal to many.

    Terre de Vins

The nose is light and floral, with notes of nectar-bearing flowers, acacia honey, and wild broom. The palate is saline and lemony, with a fine texture. The finish is persistent. A classic, well-balanced wine, with a touch of zest that makes it particularly enjoyable.

    Decanter

Chamomile, herbal, with lime aspects. A smooth, even creamy palate with breadth and energy as well, showing off white peach and clementine, with agreeable toasty oak accents (the wine is ageing in 30% new oak barrels of 500 litres). Long finish, frank and a bit tart, but in a nice way. Ageing will make this a sure winner and the wine has the needed acidity and dry extract for longer-term keeping.

    R.V.

Pure, crisp Sauvignon Blanc, this wine shows a fine balance between herbal and tropical fruit flavors. Its quince and honey aroma and vivid grapefruit flavor are fresh and deliciously fruity. Drink from 2026.
